Ideas are a commodity....there is only value in execution
Stone Creek Building and Mark & Kalin Beirwagen
Philosophy:
Building on 40 years of Construction, and Investment Experience I have become a second generation General Contractor. Growing up in a Real Estate and Construction family gives me a unique perspective about any work performed on a Home or Investment Property.

I believe any construction project should bring value to the family that contracts to have that work done. It should enhance their life as well as enhance their investment. At a minimum it should return a dollar of increased property value for each dollar spent.

I also believe that every customer is a new friend and want the relationship to continue after the work is done. (I also hope they refer me to their other friends)

Family:
4 of our 7 children are still at home with the youngest, Jesse being 14 and a Freshman at Clackamas High School. Sascha 16, Elsa 18 and Hannah 19 and Daisy 23. I enjoy being a father and spend most of my time with my family. Our two grown children have produced two grandchildren, Leila 3 and Chasen 1. Wow....Grandbabies.....it doesn't get any better than that!

Values:
Value, Integrity, Efficiency, Honesty, Communication, Professionalism, Quality, Responsibility, and Service. These are the personal values that describe me and by extension the business that I own and run with my wife Kalin. They are the principles that guide the decisions we make and the interactions with our customers.
